Check-in will take place from 1:00pm-4:00pm on the first day.
Please arrive within plenty of time to settle in before the opening ceremony.

It is advisable to arrive a few days early to allow time to recover from traveling. You may also wish to take a few Yoga Vini drop-in classes prior to the course commencement to prepare your mind and body for the 28-day course.

There are no security safes available for personal belongings. Therefore students are required to
take responsibility for their own belongings and keep rooms locked. The centre is reserved for
Yoga Vini students and staff only, so there is very minimal security risk.

Two vegetarian meals and two snacks will be served daily. Careful planning by our Ayurvedic doctor has gone in to developing a specific diet for the duration of the course. You will get everything you need from the diet. The majority of the meals are vegan, but in some cases dairy may be used in a few dishes. Please advise us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Most of daily commodities are available for purchase at very reasonable prices near Yoga Vini yoga center.

Deposit payment 300USD is required to save your seat in your course.

Balance of the course fee is payable before or upon check-in. You may pay by cash in USD, or online using PayPal. If you plan to pay by PayPal, please ensure that your payment has gone through before the course begins. You may wish to make the payment a few days in advance to avoid any technical issues.

During the months of January, February, March, November and December you will experience pleasant weather with a comfortable average temperature, though it can be quite cool at night in November and December.

There is no laundry service or washing machines available. Students are required to hand wash their own laundry. Laundry detergent will be available for purchase at the centre.

You may want to bring repellent. Local repellent is available in shops near our center and is often more of an effective repellent than what we bring from our home countries.

All rooms are shared between two or three students (larger rooms house three). However, depending on the number of students registered, single occupancy may be available at an extra cost. Please get in touch with us if you require single occupancy.

The rooms are basic but comfortable, with attached bathroom.There is no air conditioning however all rooms are equipped with fans.
You will be expected to keep your own room clean. Exchange of bed linen will be available if necessary.

Couples are not permitted to share.

Limited wifi will be available at specified times. In order to fully immerse yourself in a yogic lifestyle, we do not encourage heavy usage of communicative technology, and wifi use is limited to off hours. It is advisable to inform family and friends of this before you arrive. In the unlikely event of an emergency this will of course not apply.

We have one rest day per week. You are recommended to use the off day to rest, practice or study.
